We believe that everyone can learn and achieve at high levels by reinforcing the importance of embracing a growth mindset for our partners and ourselves. When educators demonstrate this mindset for themselves, they are also likely to establish high expectations for those within the realm of their influence.
In order to reach our fullest potential, we must foster environments that are just. People are more effective and willing to work harder in environments that are safe, fair, and presents equitable opportunities across lines of difference.
We acknowledge that people learn at optimal levels by doing. We prioritize opportunities to get better faster by seizing the moments that matter most: the present moment.
We believe that while there is work to do with addressing students’ unfinished learning, there is also just as much work to be done with educators’ unfinished teaching and leading. We embrace the reality that there are several pieces to the puzzle when fostering excellent education organizations.
