What to Expect: This workshop is driven by reflection, collaboration, planning and practice. Be ready to engage in:

Summary: When we measure and monitor what we expect, we create strong outcomes. This workshop is the first of our multi-series Data Driven Decisions enrichment course, in which subsequent sessions provide leaders the opportunity to dig deeper in the learning. As foundational course, leaders leave with a solid strategy and toolbox to implement critical structures for collecting, monitoring, and using school data to inform decisions and direction.
What to Expect: Leaders engage in three introductory training sessions centered on fostering a data driven culture.

Summary: Naming your vision of excellence for school culture should be the first thing on your to-do list for turning around your school. In this collaborative workshop, leaders take four steps to answer the following essential question: What do I see when I visualize a school, my school, that is built upon the pillar of excellence?
What to Expect: At the end of this workshop, leaders have taken a four-step journey that has led them to a well-crafted vision of excellence that is clear, concise, compelling, and charges people forward.

Summary: In this introductory workshop, we take the initial step towards answering the essential question, “What is Antiracist Education?” Our facilitators guide us on a journey that traces the history of education and racism in America and the entangled relationship between the two. Our critical work will be rooted in reflection and meaningful discourse as participants engage in deep introspection and identify their own categorical landing as an antiracist educator.
What to Expect: This workshop is the first session of our multi-series training and serves as the foundational work for subsequent sessions. As an introductory course, we take our time engaging in the necessary mindset landscaping that will position us as open and critical learners. We unpack seminal works by experts in the field and begin to build awareness of our individual and collective responsibilities in driving antiracist education.
The guiding questions for our learning are:
How has racism shaped our education system?
Why is antiracist work critical to my role as an educator?
What can I do to begin actively working against racism?
Summary: The Sustained Excellence workshop focuses on strategies and mindsets that foster a healthy balance between working and doing. We hone in on prioritization, delegations, systems, and communication as the core tenets to help leaders accomplish and sustain excellence for themselves and their team.
What to Expect: This workshop is full of reflection, collaboration, and planning. We focus on examining how leaders use their time and the structures they have in place to maximize their time and impact.

Summary: The Transformational Leader Summer Planning Intensive is a three week program that will leave School Leaders feeling empowered and equipped to lead change initiatives for themselves, their teams, and school building for the upcoming school year. We work with individuals and teams to unpack the five tenets of transformational leadership and learn how to effectively & strategically apply them during planning for the upcoming year.
