The Enriched Educator team provides opportunities for enrichment and transformation across four realms. We tailor our approach to ensure that we are recognizing the varying stages and individual needs of the schools, leaders, and teachers we serve.

We know that leadership plays a central role in the health of an organization. Therefore, our approach to discovery and diagnosis focuses on six key inputs of leadership: mission and vision, relationships, communication, resources, planning & design, and development.

During this process, we create safe spaces for transparent sharing and leaning into experiences through active listening. This information is then organized and unpacked to establish priorities, determine next steps, and embark upon transformational change.

Our enrich.ed. DEI work is anchored by a collaborative training program that follows a progressive scope and sequence of seven workshops, moving you along the path of awareness, allyship, advocacy, and action.

As part of our commitment to creating safe learning spaces where participants are empowered to share with vulnerability and authenticity, we also facilitate affinity circles throughout the training program. Our circles serve as a community for participants to build trust and resonance as they reflect, ask for support, share major wins, and connect with other change agents on a deeper level.

Workshops

We provide participants with Continuing Education Credits and a Certificate of Completion upon meeting our participation criteria.

Taking our time in each of our enrichment workshops, we ensure our participants are savoring and digesting every ingredient to become enrich.ed. and well fed. We make the best use of our time together by combining practicality, collaboration, and creativity to curate the professional learning experiences that will positively shift practice.

Our comprehensive suite of enrichment workshops are anchored in the topics of Leadership Effectiveness, Data Driven Decisions, Turnaround Initiatives, and Social & Emotional Learning.
