Discovery & Diagnostics

We conduct thorough interviews, assessments, observations, and data analysis during the discovery & diagnostic process to make recommendations for organizational health.

 

Taking action to thoroughly understand the healthiness and effectiveness of an organization is the initial stage in bringing its vision to fruition.

 

We know that leadership plays a central role in the health of an organization. Therefore, our approach to discovery and diagnosis focuses on six key inputs of leadership: mission and vision, relationships, communication, resources, planning & design, and development.

During this process, we create safe spaces for transparent sharing and leaning into experiences through active listening. This information is then organized and unpacked to establish priorities, determine next steps, and embark upon transformational change.

Our enrich.ed. DEI work is anchored by a collaborative training program that follows a progressive scope and sequence of seven workshops, moving you along the path of awareness, allyship, advocacy, and action.

As part of our commitment to creating safe learning spaces where participants are empowered to share with vulnerability and authenticity, we also facilitate affinity circles throughout the training program. Our circles serve as a community for participants to build trust and resonance as they reflect, ask for support, share major wins, and connect with other change agents on a deeper level.
